We plan to introduce to the market a new style of enjoying our vast traditions of hawker snacks and other street foods. Taking inspirations from our history of kebabs and kathi rolls mixed with local favourites like the vada pav, rollmaal aims to take these traditional recipes and push them forward. We are not a kebab concept, and we are not a kathi joint. We are a mix of flavours extracted from tradition and tweaked in our kitchens to provide new recipes, new interpretations that we believe may not be available elsewhere. Rollmaal takes these classics and gives them a shock, signature remix while retaining some evergreen flavours. That’s not all – we’ve also got a bunch of other popular dishes like the Jalandhar Boneless Chicken Makhni and our take on the famous Pindi Chole.
