As it spreads over the largest area within the premises, it offers a wide spread “Open Air Lawn” covering an area of 1 lakh sq ft that could easily accommodate upto 2000 people at one go. It doesn’t end here in addition you get a 7000 sq ft AC Hanger to boast your list of guests. You could treat your guests with live music organized in a corner and make a large sitting arrangement while not disturbing the food arrangements in a different segment. Bandhan Hall, is purely designed for an event that could accommodate guests in a large or small group, inaugurated as the first Banquet hall, it stands as a signature for CBHR till date. It offers a total area of 6000 sq ft and capacity to accommodate 450 – 500 people, combining a banquet Hall of 2500 sq ft. with capacity of 200 – 300 people & Lawn 3500 sq ft with capacity to fit 200 – 300 people (in & out). In addition it has 7600 sq ft area upstairs encouraging it to a full capacity of 800 – 900 people. You may choose to book the entire area or just one depending on your number of guests. You may alter the buffet arrangement depending on the weather as the invitees could group in the lawn or inside the banquet or even go upstairs in the separate hall. You could also set up mini bar or small lounge in any corner of the lawn. For any corporate events the banquet hall could be turned into a live presentation hall or a seminar hall.
