Ambience was nice. Food was also satisfactory But there was some problem with the behaviour of manager. The way he disrespected infront of relatives that also because of some insignificant reason. Hope he behaves well in future.

The food, decorations, DJ and service was good.The manager Mr.Virender was helpful and taking care of everything.I hope the owner would have been more polite .Rest all was okay .

I have been hosting different parties for many years now and I can say with confidence this was one of my best experience right from the moment I came for booking to the time I left after concluding my event. Excellent service decor and ambience. Well organised and serviced. All facilities available, delicious food and very well managed service. All in all wonderful experience and I would strongly recommend this venue for your events

Thank You Royal Palace for making my engagement function more & more special. Everything was up to the mark. Food was delicious. Arrangements were awesome. Music was super. Location is also easy to go. Just one thing I felt went wrong- The food stalls outside the banquet. Because its day function in full summer so no one preferred to go outside in hot.So no one even knew there were some snacks stall outside which went waste.So that outside stalls could be inside. Rest arrangements were perfect. I specially want to thanks 'Ujjawal'- The Owner. He is very cooperative person & humble. THANKS ALOT.

At Royal not that royal experience
There is no doubt that venue ambience and location was good but the kind of service they offered was very very disappointing. Very slow service and unprofessional behaviour by the staff. Starters were not so good but taste of main course was ok. Overall 2 on 5. Would not opt and recommend it. Special mention that few family members got stucked in lift too. Overall heart breaking experience.

Pathetic service by royal banquet. They are frauds. They will took money in advance and will not provide the menu as they promised. Owner Mr.Yogesh and one more guy is fraud. They will talk sweetly when you go there for booking and afterthat they will show there true colours. Guys suggest dnt go there they will ruin their occassion.

Overall it was good but there are few suggestions like lift should be working 24X7. Clean bathrooms needed. Waiters are too lazy.

Great ambience
A classy banquet hall in Indirapuram, the Royal Palace Banquet is a place to be. I was lucky to visit this banquet, while attending a friend’s wedding. Managed professionally, the Royal Palace Banquet is staffed with qualified and experienced professionals from the industry. The Wedding was beautifully managed by their in house event managers. The quality of the service provided is awesome and the place is well managed by the staff. The place is cost effective and worth your money.
