We do not allow: 1. Fire works are not permitted beyond the entrance gates of the East Delhi Mall i.e. they must end on the road itself. The band, drummers, dhol players will not be permitted beyond the guest elevators (at ground level). 2. Hanging of banners, posters or any other objects by using nails, thumbtacks, tape or by any other means is not permitted. Freestanding framed banners shall be permitted. 3. Marigold flowers and paan inside the hotel premises. 4. Smoking and chewing of tobacco / paan masalas inside the hotel premises. 5. Loud music & dance beyond 2230 hrs or as per applicable laws. 6. Rangoli or colour work on the floor or any wall. 7. Food & beverage from outside the hotel. 8. Outsourced Florist, Disc Jockey or Audio-visual equipment from outside. 9. Under the Fire Prevention Act (as in force with regard to the management of places of entertainment) the fire escape provided on the premises shall be maintained unobstructed and accessible. 10. Loose electrical wires. All have to be dressed and insulated properly.

Please note Lemon Tree Hotels’ banquet cancellation/amendment policy as under: Once the reservation is confirmed,both the parties have duly sign the contract, and the advances have been received - in the case of a cancellation or no-show, the entire amount collected till thatdate (as per the payment terms in clause 4a) will be charged as a retention fee. d. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information, regardless of the form or format in which, or means by which, either party becomes aware of such information, including the terms of this agreement and the commercials thereof, to any third party without the specific written authorization from the otherparty. e. CANCELLATION BY ‘PARTY B’ In case of cancellation of this contract (except in case of force majeure as per clause ‘f’ below) by ‘Party B’ due to unforeseen circumstances, unilaterally, in full or partially, ‘Party B’ will find an alternate similar category accommodation/banquet venue, at no extra cost. f. FORCE MAJEURE Either party shall not be liable to perform any or all of its obligations under this agreement, if the same is prevented by means of any act, event or circumstance which is beyond the reasonable control and without the fault of the affected party, including but not limited to acts of God, earthquake, flood, fire or other natural disasters, extreme weather or environmental conditions, outbreak of an epidemic or pandemic, war, invasion, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), act of terrorism, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection of military or usurped power, requisition or compulsory acquisition by any governmental or competent authority, chemical or radioactive contamination or ionizing radiation, toxic explosion or explosion by other hazardous materials, riot, blockade, strike, lock out, order of any governmental authority for lockdown (total or partial), sealing/shut down of hotel premises, orders issued under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 or any other local curfew orders, embargo, and public disorder. No alternate venue will be provided by the hotel in case of adverse weather conditions for outdoor functions (including open lawns). If the open lawns party is cancelled due to adverse weather, etc. the hotel is not liable to refund any amount collected in advance. An alternate venue, if available for the same date and time, may be provided at the sole discretion of the hotel. g. LEGAL CLAUSE It is stipulated that both parties signing this agreement have the relevant power to engage in this agreement and that this agreement shall be binding on both parties. It is stipulated that this agreement is binding for ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’, even if the company details, name as mentioned above are inaccurate (such as the use of the brand name instead of the name of the company). This agreement may be executed in two counterparts, each of which shall be deemed original and legally binding, but all counterparts shall together constitute the same instrument. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi. Both parties waive any defense that it may have that the said court lacks jurisdiction over it or is an inconvenient or improper forum. h. INDEMNITY ‘Party A’ shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless ‘Party B’, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and representatives, from and against any and all suits, actions, liabilities, legal proceedings, claims, demands, losses, costs and expenses of every kind or character (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) that may arise from (i) ‘Party A’/their guests’ conduct in connection with the performance of this agreement; or (ii) all legal proceedings initiated in connection with the event; or (iii) wilful or grossly negligent or fraudulent acts or omission; or (iv) any contravention of any of the terms, conditions, covenants of this agreement; or (v) violation/non-compliance with any laws/rules/regulations applicable in performance of this agreement.
