NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE.....WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! After having so many family functions on other banquets, our family decided to choose RK Banquet but I seriously repent on our decision that we choose this third class banquet for our family's precious occasion. Food is good undoubtedly, the interior is also good but the management especially a person named BUNTY really treated us bad in front of our guests. On the time of booking, they treated us really good and they sound understandable and very cooperative with us but at the time when our function was going on and we suddenly got to know that we need more plates to serve our guests and as every system of banquet they used to ask money at the end of the function & we told them that for now we need plates and we will pay you the whole amount at the end of our function but they denied bluntly & start asking money at that point not only this they start abusing with really bad words. They delayed the process for almost 1.30 hours and shouting upon all our relatives in front of our guests. One of the counter was also vacant and no one was there to attend our guest for almost half an hour but we sill understand and asked them to take care of this then they again replied us really bad. When they continuously abusing then we decided to call the police. This place ruined our special day and we canceled our further booking here and will not let ruin our other functions. I suggest you all that please don't go with this place. This place will make you regret your own decision of choosing this banquet.

The entire function got mess up due to the pathetic survice provided by the RK banquet staff and the management. The moment we finalise the deal I had given the 10k due to the my desired requirement on the demand. After paying the such a overall huge hard earn money, I was not get the survice, after raising the query in the running function may times but they are not bother to listen me as got the full amount from me so they are ignoring me. After the function when I meet the GM of the banquet he said I have given the trolly survice n provided the 3 persons for the survice. I would like to as the management that can the gathering of 125-150 will be handled with the 3 person. Out of that who will surge and who will collect the out plates from the table. Also the moment when I writing the feedback on the log book then the Mr GM stopping me to writing in between. And making the weird faces. Also at the time of finalisation of the deal when I said “what about the deal if paxs increase” then getting the response from Mr.Anshu Bharti don’t worry will manage all together. But there is nothing about this at the end. After three days when I called to Mr.Anshu to get the revert of my raise concern then they are keep on saying “I M SORRY” I don’t have to take this function this was not profitable to me I have lose the money, If I provide the full manpower for the survice then the material will be consume more and then the costing to me will be high. IN SHORT I WOULD’T SUGGEST THIS BANQUET TO ANYONE DUE TO THE DRASTIC SURVICE GIVEN TO US. AND MAKING A SHIT EXCUSSE AT THE END OF THE FUNCTION. List of dissatisfaction is quite big but..........,!!!!,,,
