erms & Conditions You need to book this package minimum 3 days in advance. Occupancy is restricted to the registered guests only. Balance payment is supposed to be made during the check in. There is no refund in the event of cancellation. There are no adjustments for late arrivals or early departures. ( If not discussed in advance ) Post 12 AM , the sound should be reduced to the specified decibel levels which will be informed by the Happyretreats team. We reserve the right to eject any group of guests who doesn't cooperate with our ground staff. For anything additional which is not mentioned here, charges will be extra. You need to make sure the property is clean after you avail the service. Otherwise it will attract additional penalty. Storing of hazardous goods in the property is strictly prohibited. Any breakages / lost items related to the property caused during your stay will be charged to your personal accountability and will be settled in full upon check-out. The amount to be charged is based on the price acquisition of such item(s) or the actual quote. You need to ensure that all necessary permissions / copyrights and authorizations are in place to avail this service. Although we use all reasonable safety precautions, we cannot be held liable for any casualties arising at any stage. Alcohol consumption is allowed inside designated area and cannot be carried inside the pool area. You need to adhere to the specified check in and check out timings which we discussed and finalised as per your requirement. Failing which you need to pay the additional charges as applicable. Anything related to decor and lighting used for the event should be approved by the Happyretreats team. Generator should be used for any event where the power consumption is more than 1 KV. The cost of the generator usage will be charged on an hourly basis. Arial lighting is not allowed unless special permissions by the airforce is taken in advance by the Host. Host is responsible for all the required licences like Liquor, PPL etc if required.
