i. 30% advance require to confirm the booking II. Balance 70% to be clear before 7 days from the date of function III. If any Extra Bill made, same should be clear immediately after end of the function

I. 10% of Booking amount as Cancellation charges in case of cancellation of Booking or postponement II. In case of Postponement of Booking, rate at the time of New Dates will be applicable

1) In case of Person less than mentioned packages , extra charges will be applicable 2) Rent of utensils and any other charges due to monopoly of the Party Plot / Banquet or Hotel, will have to bare or compensate by the Host / Party only 3) Any Inconvenience / difficulty to us due to Monopoly condition of the Venue , will have to managed by Party/ Host 4) Electric Point wherever required, will have to manage or arrange to provide by host /party in coordination with venue person. Three phase connection will be required in Kitchen. 5) The taste of food remains maintained up to 5 hours from actual time agreed with party 6) Power charges , water charges or any other charges charged by Venue , will be bare by party / host 7) At the time of booking, minimum guarantee of the guest will be taken, No number of Guest will be reduced after confirmation of booking. 8) In case of Increase in No of Guest (from min. guaranteed persons) should be intimated in prior of one week from the date of function and will be charged at contracted rate. 9) For Outstation booking, transportation charges will be extra on actual basis 10) PRO Service Staff will be charged Extra per couple at agreed rate .Service of the same will be provided till 11.30 pm 11) Display charges will be extra as per choice of theme & Design 12) All Government Taxes will be charged as applicable 13) No liquor or alcohol to be served or allow to serve in the function in Gujarat 14) Management will reserve the right to cancel the function if payment not done in time or any other foreseen condition.
