1) Minimum 25 % Payment would be required as a booking amount to confirm the event. 2) Rest 75% Payment needs to be done 15 days prior to the event.
1) The customers agree and confirm that all advances/amounts paid by the customers for booking their event with caterers are non-refundable on cancellation of event by the customer for any reasons whatsoever 2) Customer Further agree and confirm that all advances/amounts paid by them shall not be adjusted by the caterers against any further events, functions and/or facilities for any reasons whatsoever. 3) The customer further agree and undertake not to create any disputes with the caterers in respect of this clause in any court of law or with any concerned authorities 4) In the event of Force Majeure, the banquet shall not be responsible for failure to perform this contract as circumstance are beyond control, including but not limited to acts of God, Pandemic, Shortage of commodities or supplies to be furnished by the caterers, government restrictions, declared war in the country, earthquake etc which shall make it illegal or impossible for the caterers to hold the event of the customer on its agreed date. 5) In Such an event, the banquet shall postpone the event to such a date when everything normalizes. 6) The customer agree and confirm that in such an event, the caterers shall not refund any advances/amounts tot he customers in any manner whatsoever.
1) Any Increase in number of Guest/Pax should be intimated to the banquet at least 48 hours before the event. 2) In case number of Guest/Pax increase during the event than the minimum number guaranteed by the customer, the banquet will provide food from the agreed food menu to only 10% of the extra Guest/Pax and for the further extra Guest/Pax fresh food may be arranged by the caterers if possible. 3) Customer agrees that the banquet may take time for preparing and arranging the food (minimum 45 minutes) and also if required the caterers may slightly change the agreed food menu. 4) The customers further agree and undertake to make payment of the said increase Guest/Pax immediately and forthwith during the event to the banquet. 5) Food menu should be finalized by the customer at least 20 days prior to the event. 6) There are no discounted rates for children and senior citizens.
