Terms & Conditions *Payment 100% in advance through cash/EDC machine/UPI /Bank transfer in 72 Hours prior of function. *Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled by party, and advance payment is non refundable.*Hotel Management has right to cancel the event/function if any restrictions imposed by administration, in this case hotel will refund 100% of advance payment. *Playing of Band/Dholak is not permitted inside hotel compound.*D.J Music/Orchestra shall be played up to only 10:00 PM as per the order by DM *Hotel provide as per booking i.e. Rooms (Accommodations), Venue, sitting arrangements with cutlery/ Buffet setup & basic lights. *Outside Vendor not allowed. * Alcohol Drinks will be allowed only if Party will arrange the Liquor License( One day Bar License issued by Excise department of Uttrakhand Govt. *The party will pay any damage to the property/consumable by the party and / or their guest.*The managements shall have right to deduct the amount from deposit paid by the party for the damages. * Hotel reserves the rights of admission and entry of persons entering the hotel.In the unfortunate event that the client’s guest or their guest’s behavior become unacceptable and cause embarrassment or discomfort to others (Guests or Hotel Staff) Management of the hotel reserve the right to have the individual or individual removed from the premises. *All taxes percentage mentioned above the subject to change without prior notice, as per the rules& regulations of Govt of India, Note:- GST as applicable *Request: Please make Payments to Hotel by through cash/EDC machine/UPI /Bank transfer only
