Grand Ball Room of Radisson Blu Dwarka - Rating and Reviews

Had a really, really bad experience at Radisson Blu Dwarka when hosting an engagement ceremony there. Right from the waiters to the reception staff to the management, everyone behaved in a very unprofessional way. No food was served for one hour after guests arrived and event timing started. Nobody to help us carrying our luggage to and from the event. Despite repeated requests, more than a dozen waiters and staff saw us carrying luggage with our both hands instead of having the courtesy of helping us out. The sales manager, Manish did not have the courtesy of helping us out with the arrangements when we arrived at the hotel, and took his leave as soon as I talked to him, pointing me to a clueless reception staff who had no idea about our event and entertained us only after insisting a lot. All this after paying over the roof for a "5-star" experience and making the entire payment in advance. The hotel is full of unprofessional staff that would otherwise find it hard to fit in a 3-star setting let alone a "5-star" hotel that they claim Radisson Dwarka to be. Overall a really disappointing experience, would never visit this hotel again and ask everyone to stay miles away from this hotel.
