I booked this venue for anniversary function. Staff are not good. Behaviour of staff was too bad. Manager gayatri has some ego issue. Service provided by them is too bad. First of all i want to tell you i booked the hall with dinner as well as rooms for night with breakfast. They charge me for decoration but decoration was not upto the mark. And stage was too small with the average background. Snacks was good but food was average. Now about the staff- servicing guys are good but manager gayatri has some serious issues, they called me in the middle of the function for remaining payment. Payment of venue, rooms(checkout of that room was next day) breakfast which was held in the next morning. I was middle of my relatives, and they stopped services. And rooms were of poor quality, toilets were not clean. AC's were working but remote were not available. Not even they provide mandatory tooth and soap kit. Towel was available only one out of five rooms..

I had booked 5 rooms in the hotel in the month of may, 17. The hotel managed to get the booking with so many promises but utterly failed to keep. They refused to give payment receipt and misbehaved. Very horrible experience. You can locate the stench drain infront of hotel. Absolutely no parking space.
