Booking Policy

1) 30% Advance to be paid at the time of party confirmation 2) 100% payment for guaranteed pax to be paid 48 Hrs Prior of the party 3) The Balance amount for the excess number of pax on the guaranteed pax has to cleared at the end of the party 4) Management has the right to cancel the contract in case the advance payment is not received 5) The charge would be on the minimum or on the actual number of pax whichever is high 6) Children will be charged the same as an adult, no sharing in plates

Terms & Conditions

1) Food is for consumption in the venue & will not be parceled 2) Food & Beverages are strictly not allowed from outside 3) In case the host hires any outside agency or equipment, a royalty per agency would be charged & in case of any damages to the property the host will be held responsible & would be liable to pay the damages 4) The hotel will not provide an additional generator in case of extra light fittings used for decoration 5) The hotel will not provide any staff/labor to lift any outside equipments 6) The hotel will strictly not allow the Guest Lift to be operated for shifting of equipment 7) Extra hall charge would be applicable for the party duration of more than 04 Hrs 8) In case of Lunch booking the guest would have to vacate the premises by 16:00Hrs or a mandatory charge (as per the management discretion) would be levied in case of the time limit exceeds & if the hotel has a dinner event it is mandatory that the client vacates the hotel by 16:00Hrs 9) Beyond guaranteed pax, only available items will serve as per management discretion 10) Items selected are subject to availability 11) Marriage Baraats should strictly obtain necessary permission from the police & authorities 12) Orchestra, Bands will not be allowed inside the hotel premises, only Soft Music will be played 13) Host & Guest are responsible for their belongings & valuables, management will not be responsible for any loss 14) Taxes & Charges would be levied as applicable
