Advance: 50% of total Fee to be paid for booking the venue *Remaining Booking Amount: to be paid at least 30 days prior to the event date(100% Booking Fee). *100% Booking fee if not received 30 days before the event, reservation will be cancelled with no refund. *Security deposit of Rs.15,000/- should be deposited before 15 days of event which will refundable after 3 days of the event (for any breakage & damage). *Tax as applicable. *Bookings are done on first come first server basis. *Booking Confirmation Receipt will be given to client after Advance booking. *Payment Mode: Cash, Bank Transfer(NEFT), Demand Draft are accepted.*Banquet Timings: Morning 8 a.m – 12 a.m . (Extra charges for additional hours). *Cleaning Charges, Electricity Charges and Generator Fuel Charges are all inclusive in the package. *Banquet AC will run for 4 hours. AC facility for additional hours will be charged at RS 1000/- per hour. *Room AC: Only for 4 hours *Client must inspect the premises prior to taking possession. Similarly the venue is expected to be vacated in the same condition as it was handover to them. *Client will be fully responsible for all liabilities, including food or any damage to the building, carpeting, equipment's or other furnishings. *Damage repair charges will be evaluated as per present market value & to be deducted from the Security deposit. *Management is not responsible for any mishap.
