Banquet Terms & condition 1. Dinner party closing time @ 23.00 hrs. 2. All music has to be shut down by 23.00 hrs. As per the order of Honorable Supreme Court of India. DJ & loud music is not allowed. 3. The final billing will be done on actual or guaranteed numbers, whichever is higher. Children will be charged, same as adult. 4. 50% (non-refundable) advanced at the time of the Booking & rest 50% to be paid 01 week before the party date. If fail to pay the amount, the function arrangement may get effected. 5. The rates are quoted includes the hall charges maximum of 4 hrs & hall should be vacated on time, thereafter per hour rate of Rs. 5000 will be charged. Taxes as applicable 6. Service charges of Rs. 3000/agency will be levied on the use of outside agencies / vendors. 7. Outside eatables / beverages are strictly not allowed. 8. Misuse or damage the hotel Saptagiri property / equipment will be the sole responsibility of the host & will be charged to the host account. 9. In case of the change in guaranteed pax, the guest has to inform the banquet manager at least 48 hrs in advanced. If case of increase in plates, the payment of additional plate has to be deposited immediately before function. If fail to pay the amount, the extra plate arrangement will not be made. 10. In case, the plate increase more than the minimum guarantee, the management is not liable to serve all items in the menu but the billing will be done as per the rate mentioned at the time of booking. 11. Plate sharing is strictly not allowed, if found by Hotel Management it will be deducted from the guaranteed numbers. 12. In case of cancellation, the advance is not refundable or non-transferable if cancellation happens within 15days from the date of function. 50 % will be charged in case cancellation occurs more than 15 days from the date of function. 13. The hotel does not take any responsibility for items left unattended or lost in the hotel’s premises or inside the vehicles. 14. In case of corporate booking, a formal letter/email is required from the company and must be signed by the authorized person of the organization. 15. Liquor is strictly prohibited in Hotel premises. 16. GST & other charges will be levied as applicable.
