All cancellations must be notified in writing to the hotel. If Rakabi The Fern Igatpuri is informed of the event being cancelled, in part or completely, the confirmation deposit paid will need to be forfeited (not refunded) by the Client to Rakabi The Fern Igatpuri. Should the deposits received be insufficient to meet the cancellation fee amount, the client is liable to pay to the balance. Rakabi The Fern Igatpuri, reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of deposits as per agreed schedule
