The Oberoi Grand

Spanning a vast 6,500 square feet (604 square metres), with ceilings of 19 feet (6 metres) high, our magnificent pillarless Ballroom can hold up to one thousand people. It is the largest of its kind in Kolkata and has hosted Prime Ministerial and State conferences since the dawn of Independence. During the daytime, natural light flows into this space through large windows. By night, spectacular crystal chandeliers sparkle from above. Our Coochbehar and Burdwan Halls can be used as one large hall, or divided into two by a soundproof divider. Together, they cover 2,100 square feet (195 square metres) and can hold up to 180 people.
