For all the private function 25% of the estimated amount of the function is to be paid as Token money of the billing amount (including tax) as per the agreed Minimum guests Guaranteed and 55% advance amount on the total billing (including tax) will be required one week after the party confirmed. Rest amount balance amount 30% of the billing (including tax) will be required 2days prior to the event.

  3. If any extra billing during the event the guest will settle it before she/he leaves the Hall.

  4. The Received advance for all the events or Parties are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Function must be advised to the hotel in writing only and deposit paid will be redeemed.

  5. The Prices are subject to change anytime without notice.

  1. Hotel reserves right to serve agreed menu in case minimum guarantee exceeds by 10% over & above, so we request you to appoint your representative, the coordinator who shall liaise with our Banquet manager or Supervisor before, during and after the function.

  2. All bills would be presented to you at the end of the function for your review and signatures and would be settled on the same day and all beverages would be charged extras on actual.

  3.  Food & beverage items provided by the hotel are to be consumed in the hotel premises only and no left-over food and beverage will be removed out of the hotel’s premises for outside consumption, as well as no food and beverage items are permitted inside the hotel premises.

  4.  Liquor will be served inside the hotel premises only after procuring one day liquor license. Liquor from the mentioned shop in helicene would be served. Liquor will be served till 10.30 PM.

  5. Crackers, Dholwala&Shehnai, Tasha and etc. are not allowed inside the Hotel premises.

  6. No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the hotel for consumption at the function by the organizer or any of the organizer’s guests, invitees or persons attending the function without prior consent of the hotel.

  7. We don’t allow blocking of traffic on the road, entrance and exit gate, Smoking and paan are not allowed inside the banquet hall.

  8. In Banquets we don’t allow Nails / Tape / Pins to put up posters / banners on the panel / doors/ walls of banquet hall.

  9. The Hotel reserve the right to recover cost of damage caused in the process of any violation of the above guideline and there should not be Locking / blocking of the fire exit doors with their equipment’s.

  10. The Hotel will not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left in the hotel prior to, during or after the function.

  11. All the goods or display materials have to be entered from the Hotel service gate or the gate which has been designated under the supervision of our security personnel.

  12. No kind of Arms & Ammunition is allowed inside Hotel compound / Function room by the organizer or organizer’s guest. Use of same may lead to Prosecution and immediate suspension of the function without notice.
