  TERMS & CONDITIONS:   1. The rates quoted are based on the minimum number of persons guaranteed at the time of finalizing the proposal.   2. The standard package serving time is 3 hours in total. With liquor service for 2.5hours. And outside liquor is not allowed.    3. All the options available to choose from ( package food and beverage options) will be as per availability, replenishment can be done with equal standard as per  club discretion.   4. Minimum guarantee of 25pax is mandatory.    A) Children above 08 years will be considered as a pax.    B) Children above 08 till 12 years will be charged as a food package.    C) any order outside the party menu will be serviced on pay first basis as per menu.   D) Parties finalized in less than 12 hours will be charged 10% additional charge on the advertised package price.   E) Extra Pax will be changed at the full price.   F) Guest list to be submitted 3 days prior to the party, with male and female count as mentioned at the time of booking.   5. Music will be played as per TOKSIK management policy.   6. Photographers / live dj/ live band and decoration will be charged extra.   7. In case of any loss or damage or injury caused to TOKSIK infrastructure /  employees including the items during the function by the guest the same shall be recoverable from the client after the function.   8. 50% payment in advance is requested to guarantee your booking   9. Full payment for the party must be done before service of starter.   10. In case of cancellation booking at the time an amount of 50% of total amount will be charged as per cancellation Policy.   11. We accept the payment through cash/ credit card/ debit card. And the remainder amount would be settled at the end of the function by cash / credit card / debit card / upi.   12. Decision of TOKSIK management will be final.
