The name is inspired from the free will and independent spirit that personifies the youth of the country today – an attitude in which nothing is impossible. The phrase “Rang De Basanti” was a unifying cry, symbolic to the Indian Independence movement. Though its essence may not be as relevant this day, it still resonates with the spirit to be free, the spirit to “be”.

The same essence is found in the food we serve, which reflects our quintessential appeal and brings a perception of ecstasy that is pertinent to the very soul of the Rang De Basanti Dhaba.
