Bookings might not be applicable on festive days, special occasions (e.g. valentine’s day or holi) and national holidays. Service charges might apply at the discretion of the venue. After Booking confirmation, token amount is non-refundable and non-adjustable. Refunds can be considered only in the following two scenarios: - Venue got shut permanently. - Venue cancelled the booking from their end In case of refunds, it will be processed within 15 working days through online mode.
