30% of the estimated total billing as non-refundable advance at the time of booking the event. Another 50% of the estimated total billing amount will be required before 45 days of the date of the event. Balance amount as per estimated billing needs to be submitted 15 days prior to the event date. Payment towards anything extra will have to be settled at the time of check out.

No arms & ammunition allowed. Any Breakage by customer will be charged.

For cancellations/amendments made before 45 days of the event the non-refundable advance will be forfeited. For cancellations made between 45 days to 15 days the non-refundable deposit of 80% of the estimated billing will be forfeited For cancellations/amendments made less than fifteen days before the event, 100% advance amount will be forfeited.
