With a combining area of 13,000 sq ft, separate lawn and two banquets of 1600 sq ft each it can easily accommodate 500 – 1500 people at one go. You are bound to fall in love with the beautiful lake by the side, giving you a view unforgettable and an additional 2,500 sq ft platform on water for reception and party. The décor and the lights further enhancing the sight, adds up to the grandeur during the whole event. A venue of this standard definitely makes you and your guests feel special. You could customize the venue the way you like, from food arrangements to sitting arrangements. Wedding, reception, corporate events, award functions, live events, sangeet, birthday parties, seminars, bhajan or kirtan, this venue gives you the opportunity to host all.

Bandhan Hall, is purely designed for an event that could accommodate guests in a large or small group, inaugurated as the first Banquet hall, it stands as a signature for CBHR till date. It offers a total area of 6000 sq ft and capacity to accommodate 450 – 500 people, combining a banquet Hall of 2500 sq ft. with capacity of 200 – 300 people & Lawn 3500 sq ft with capacity to fit 200 – 300 people (in & out). In addition it has 7600 sq ft area upstairs encouraging it to a full capacity of 800 – 900 people. You may choose to book the entire area or just one depending on your number of guests. You may alter the buffet arrangement depending on the weather as the invitees could group in the lawn or inside the banquet or even go upstairs in the separate hall. You could also set up mini bar or small lounge in any corner of the lawn. For any corporate events the banquet hall could be turned into a live presentation hall or a seminar hall. It could be well used for a Baraat, Sangeet or a Bhajan program or even a birthday party.
