1. We undertake to serve only up to a 15% increase in the number of people over the guaranteed number. 2. Booking will be confirmed on payment of 50% advance only. 3. The above rates are valid for this booking only, no further discount will be allowed and it cannot be linked with other schemes. 4. In case of Bill To Company the booking will be considered confirmed only if the credit is approved by the credit committee of The Theme Hotel failing which the management can release the booking at its discretion. 5. The management of The Theme Hotel, Jaipur is not accountable for any loss or damage to client’s and his guest’s belongings during the event. 6. All damages to the property of The Theme Hotel, Jaipur during the course of the organizer’s function will be charged to the organizer’s account. 7. It is necessary to purchase all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from the hotel only and will be charged as per the consumption on bottle rates only. 8. All outside items need to be entered through security gate after proper security-check, and same should be removed after the function from the hotel premises. The Hotel will not be responsible for the items left after the event is over. 9. The Hotel will not be liable to return any advance money received, should the event be cancelled after the deposit is made though the same can be adjusted in another event. 10. Amendment / Postponement / Alternation made within 24 Hours from the date of event, will be at the sole discretion of the hotel management and will attract necessary charges, as per the company policy. 11. Billing will be done on basis of number of plates used 12. No outside food & drinks is allowed 13. For payments made in cash of & above Rs.25,000/ the pan card copy details need to be furnished 14. Addition of any starter /soup / salad / dessert will be charged @ Rs 50/ on the offered rate per person and for main courses @ Rs. 75/ on the offered per person. 15. Snacks will be served for a maximum for 1 and ½ hours. 16. Buffet will be kept open till the time agreed upon in the contract. 17. Alcohol will be served till 11pm only. 18. D.J. can play till 10:00 pm only. 19. No Banner are to be displayed anywhere in the hotel except in the venue on self-supporting stands. 20. Nailing, pinning, usage of tapes etc on the wall is not allowed. 21. No discounted rates for children. 22. Leftover food and beverage will be removed from the Hotel’s premises for outside consumption irrespective of the number of person attending the banquet function.

Advance deposited will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
