Hello every one, we were preparing for my son's first birthday, so we had booked the city stay hotel and banquet on jan 01, 2020.... Positive: It was our first time and to be fair we liked it very much, it was great experience over there,whether it was food, atmosphere, decorations, other staff behaviour etc everything was very good.... Negative:There was little bit problem, just slow service... Overall experience is awesome, to go for small get together, birthday party, engagement etc., without any hesitation.. Thank you mr. Good but need improvement.
Everything thing was great for small gathering (maximum 100 people), food was awesome. But only one thing which really disappointed is the service and attitude of staff. They have no manner how to talk with guests and they don't have common sense to manage the thing. I really want to request owner of the banquet, please give some time and try to improve the things before it become worst.

Wow !
I had organized the first birthday of my daughter. My experience was amazing and I really want to appreciate the supporting banquet staff (Ramji, Negi and Kalpana). Excellent service and time commitment for noticeable. This place is quite spacious and enough for good amount of gathering. Overall, I will recommend this place.

Good for small gathering.
First time booked the venue for the small family function. every thing was very well maintained by the staff especially SANJEEV gave his best. everything was outstanding and the food was amazing. i surely recommend the venue for small events. no complaints at all. thankyou sanjeev and all the city stay staff.

Overall all experience was Nice. There were only few if's & buts...Few things was promised to us which was not fulfilled... But the venue location & decoration done was very Good. POC Rajesh Chauhan is a very polite person and was there to attend us for all our queries nicely. Guest Car parking at venue is also a little issue as venue is on the side of busy street and market place.
