Stellar 2 of Fortune Inn Grazia - Rating and Reviews

We held our wedding at Fortune Inn Grazia Noida in December 2017. Considering the magnitude of importance attached with the big day, we chose this four star hotel which finally turned out to be the worst hotel equipped with untrained and unethical staff. We would like to give a special mention of Mr. Praveen Aggarwal, a person who manages banquet at Fortune Inn Grazia, Sector 27, Noida. Being in the hospitality sector, is ironical that Mr. Praveen is an epitome of inhospitality and unfriendliness. Having tolerated his unresponsiveness to mails and messages, we really doubt the sharp sense of judgement which must have been employed while appointing him for such a profile. We paid a total of ₹536450 for a gathering of 225 guests and got the following in return: 1. No starters after one hour of the wedding. 2. Stage for varmala as small as a school’s assembly stage. 3. Absence of Mr. Praveen and Mr. Milind— who were supposed to take care of the entire event. 4. Cold hot coffee and cold breads. 5. Distorted and uncoordinated serving of sweets. 6. Dark baraat entrance even after having paid ₹20000 extra for extra lighting. And the list can go on. Mr. Praveen had referred a band named as Ravi Band. It is our sincere request not to hire them ever because they will come dressed casually with no spirit of making your family enjoy.
