Payment Terms: In line with our company policy, we would require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total function depending upon confirmation, and at least 1 week prior to the actual event. Your event will not be confirmed until deposit has been paid. Sea Breeze Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking (without being liable for any resultant loss) in the event of the deposit referred to above is not paid by the stipulated date.

Cancellation: With the signing of this confirmation, Sea Breeze Hotel holds the undersigned Party responsible for the total payment of all charges on prescribed dates as outlined. Should cancellation occur after the signing of this agreement, the deposit will be forfeited.
