1. GST will levied as applicable. 2. Membership is non transferable. 3. Usage charges once paid are not refundable / extendable after validity period 4. Right of admission is reserved please identify and register before availing / entry to each amenity. 5. Family means as declared in the resident data sheet. Names and relationship not exceeding 5 to be notified at the time of subscription. For 5th member in the family, 10% will be additionally charged on 4 member package. 6. Members are to use appropriate attire befitting the amenity and strictly follow user guidelines, e.g. non marking shoes in shuttle court. 7. Out side Food strictly not allowed in the banquet hall & Lawns. 8. Any breakages and damages will be recovered from the member. 9. Loud Music is strictly prohibited. 10. No live cooking permitted inside the banquet hall. 11. Smoking is strictly prohibited. 12. Guest should be registered before using the club house facilities. 13. Parking for guest is subject to availability of visitors parking. 14. All bookings will be strictly done on "first come first serve" basis only during 9am to 6pm at club house reception. 15. Kids are to be accompanied by their parents/guardian at all times.
