In the event of a force majeure, we will adjust and not refund the advance deposit against any future event / stay that you organize within the next one year from the date of your earlier scheduled event, at the same hotel, subject to availability. Force Majeure event is defined as an event due to any cause or causes beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, damage by the elements, perils of the sea or air accident, act of God, family death, strike, lock out or other labour disorder, act of foreign or domestic de jure, or defacto government whether by law, order, legislation, decree, rule, regulations or otherwise, revolution, civil disturbance, breach of the peace, declared or undeclared war, act of interference or action by civil / military authorities or due to any other cause beyond the Parties’ control.
