What is the payment, cancellation and refund policy?
6. Refunds / Cancellation / Shifting:
a) Security Deposit is refundable after adjusting the extra use of electricity, AC., (if any) and other charges & dues (if any) only after leaving the premises in normal conditions. Breakages and other unforeseen contingency expenses incurred towards the services for the user will be adjusted against the Security Deposit.
b) Cancellation Charges shall be 50 % of the Total Amount. Management decision shall be Final in all the matter.
c) Shifting to other dates is allowed subject to availability of date / dates. Shifting will be considered only when request for the same is received 30 days or more prior to the valid date of Event / Function. Not more than one shifting is permissible, subject to availability; Maximum period of shifting is six months from the valid date of Event / Function.
