Each element of the KhanaSutra experience reverses traditional expectations, with unfettered modern creativity. Interiors from the acclaimed Sanjay Puri, engaged in a contemporary dialogue between traditional materials like wood and fabric. Complimenting the theme is the sophisticated use of vibrant colors used in KhanaSutra cuisine. The opulent main restaurant area is defined by a maze of dark wooden partitions in Indian brown walnut, with contrasting cream leather seating. Casual or serious gourmet experience seekers are immersed into an ambience akin to the private dining room of a czar, with a penchant for modern design. Chef selects delves into a smorgasbord of gastronomic ingredients blended with exotic Indian spices, to break all taste boundaries. The selection is served up in his inimitable presentation style.
