Booking Policy
1. Minimum charges would be for the guaranteed number of persons at least changed 48
Hours prior to the commencement of the function.
2. When the number of persons exceeds the guaranteed number, then charges will be on actual number of persons present.
3. It is requested that minimum one week notice be given for cancellation of a function. Retention would be levied for cancellation made within one week and advance paid will be forfeited.
4. All banquet-booking cancellations are to be made in person or in writing only.
5. Outside food is not permitted in the Hotel premises.
6. Any damage to the Hotel property will be borne by the host of the function/ party and the same will be recovered along with the final bill.
7. The management reserves the right to alter any clauses at any time.
