MERAKI is a modern Greek term used to describe the act of putting one's soul and creativity into work; when you love your craft so much that you put a part of yourself in its creation. Here, we promise to cook and serve with MERAKI. Our chef cook with a smile, but they're rather serious about their food. They cook with love, and are passionate about their craft. Everything That they put on the plate is an expression of their creativity,of the pure exaltation of their cooking experience. The chefs interact with the guests to hear what they love to eat,talk about care that goes into assembling beautiful dishes, and sometime just share a good laugh over a kitchen anecdote!
